The School of Epidemiology and Mixed Research Methods for Young Scientists

November 3-4, 2017 Siberian State Medical University holds the School of Epidemiology and Mixed Research Methods for Young Scientists.

School moderators:

Olga Zvonareva, PhD, Assistant Professor, Department of Health, Ethics and Society, Maastricht University, Netherlands

The event is oriented to young clinicians, postgraduate students, physicians, and senior students.

The School will introduce the main methods for applying basic epidemiology principles to solving various tasks in public health care.

Listeners will gain knowledge and skills in setting problems of an epidemiologic study, selecting design and epidemiologic methods, and planning research.

The School is going to focus on the principles of the interdisciplinary research and use of social study research methods.

English is the language of instruction. Attendees are expected to have Intermediate or Advanced level of proficiency.
Upon completion of the School, listeners will be awarded the certificates.
